Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Tajima Multi Head Embroidery Machine Operator eager and ready to join our awesome Softlines Manufacturing Team.
Primary Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain embroidery machines, ensuring optimal performance.
- Interpret design specifications and select appropriate materials and thread colors.
- Hoop garments and position them correctly for embroidery.
- Monitor machine operation to detect malfunctions and adjust as needed.
- Trim excess threads and inspect finished products for quality assurance.
- Collaborate with the design team to bring creative concepts to life.
- Edit designs using Wilcom Embroidery software.
- Keep work areas clean and organized.
- Meet production standards and deadlines by keeping track of production schedule and work orders.
Qualifications
- 2 years of embroidery machine experience
- Experience using a Tajima 8 Head Embroidery machine preferred.
- Must be able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
Schedule
- Weekend Shift – Friday through Sunday (6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.)
